Our content offering is diverse, ranging from live and delayed compilations of influencer content for social media to high-end broadcast productions. We are looking for an experienced, highly pro-active, producer who wants to join the team to bring the best content to life.

The Role: 

​

As a producer at EXTREME you will drive the production arm of EXTREME forwards. Working closely with the creative manager you will lead the design, development, and creation of content from concept to final delivery – working across multiple projects at any given time.  

 

As a proactive team member, you will also create and look for opportunities for the business. We’re a tight nit team that work closely together to create entertaining content, inspiring campaigns, events and destinations that we can all be proud of. And we may even dabble in a few extreme and adventure sports along the way. 

 

Responsibilities of the job include:

• Drive and develop the production arm of EXTREME 

• Creating compelling production project proposals 

• Overseeing production processes 

• Planning and organising production schedules 

• Assessing and managing project resource requirements 

• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and suppliers 

• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met 

• Determining quality control standards 

• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials 

• Organising relevant training sessions 

• Building quotes for production projects  

• Helping to spot and create content opportunities 

• Working across the team to build the understanding of production processes.

Key skills for producers

​

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (must include experience in a video production environment) 

• Knowledge of shooting and editing techniques  

• Extensive knowledge of video production equipment 

• Excellent organisation, planning, and communication skills 

• A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs 

• Ability to work independently 

• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines 

• Dedication to meeting deadlines and budgets and going the extra mile to do so 

• Self-shooter and editor are a bonus 

• Proposal development
