With 10 years experience in video content acquisitions and sales, Ilze brings a wealth of market knowledge and trade expertise to her role as Digital Content Acquisitions Manager at Extreme.

 

Ilze's experience spans from working in a corporate TV network environment at Viasat Broadcasting to playing a key role at small to medium-sized film distribution companies, such as TCB Media Rights, Fred Media and One Media IP, covering a multitude of film genres worldwide.

 

Currently Ilze's focus is on sourcing and acquiring high quality action and adventure sports content for the Extreme's Facebook page, shaping it into a high-engagement digital channel environment.

 

When not scouring the market for the next big thing, Ilze is a keen traveler and a self-proclaimed adventurer-explorer of all four corners of the world.
