About the Opportunity​
We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and strategic Social Media Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of social media, a passion for sales and business development, and a love for extreme and adventure sports. It is also super helpful if you have an existing network of agency and brand relationships. As part of a fast-growing business, you will play a key role in managing and driving the business development and sales process, working closely with the senior team to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.​
Key Responsibilities​

Lead and manage the overall business development and sales process.

Handle incoming inquiries and manage the sales pipeline.

Research potential partners and identify new business opportunities for Extreme Media.

Build and maintain databases with contact details of prospective partners.

Proactively engage potential partners through targeted outreach efforts.

Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and sales materials.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agencies, partners and clients.

Monitor social media platforms for trending topics and relevant industry conversations.

Collaborate with the Social Channels Manager and CEO on delivering campaigns.

Stay updated on industry news, trends, and developments to inform business strategies.

Gather and analyze market and industry data to support business development efforts.
Desired Experience, Skills & Abilities​

3-5 years of experience in social brand partnerships and business development.

Proven experience in social media/media sales and business development, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

Existing relationships with advertising/media agencies and brands is highly desirable.

Experience managing business development email campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate strategies clearly, both verbally and in writing.

A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
