About the role

Title: Project and Contracting Assistant - English & Arabic speaking

Location: Remote

Contract type: Part Time Freelance

Extreme Destinations is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project and Contracting Assistant to join the team and assist with development of projects in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project development teams and liaising with KSA based business opportunities and drafting Arabic proposals and the contracts related. This position requires a strong command of both English and Arabic languages, along with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.

Responsibilities will include:
 

• Preparing and reviewing commercial proposals and contracts, negotiating terms and conditions as needed.

• Translating documents, emails and providing interpretation services between English and Arabic as needed.

• Conducting research and gathering information as needed to support project requirements.

• Providing a robust reporting framework for project deliverables and presentations.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.

• Good knowledge and experience dealing with commercial proposals/contracts.

• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian business culture and government processes.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
