Joining the team are Adam Bailey from LadBible as Social Channels Manager and Joseph Hughes from Jellysmack as the Senior Social Media Video Editor. Miguel Freitas has been promoted to Creative and Editorial Lead, Rebecca Finch takes over as Social Media Content Editor and Birand Özer settles in as Video Editor.

Adam Bailey joins EXTREME from LADbible Group bringing with him extensive years of experience across creativity, production and social media. A multi-lingual graduate from The Manchester Metropolitan University, Adam speaks English, Portuguese, Italian and French.His role as Social Channels Manager will focus on the continued development of theEXTREME social media platforms, whilst staying on trend, engaging and inspiring our global fans but also providing projects across EXTREME with the operational and social media knowledge to drive their respective audience growth and promotion. Adam lives and breathes social media, with his personal Instagram account amassing over 901K followers!
Having graduated from the University of Wales with a Bachelor’s Degree in Film (specialising in video editing), Joseph Hughes’ addition to the team as the Senior Social Media Video Editor will play an instrumental role in creating stunning and captivating visuals for our social media pages. He recently worked with Jellysmack as their video editor and before that was a freelance editor and writer.After long hours on a screen, he swears by long beach walks, football and fishing to recharge.
Miguel Freitas has been with EXTREME for 2 years, starting off as an intern, but quickly establishing himself as an indispensable contributor to the growth of EXTREME’s combined social media platforms. With a degree in Business Tourism and Management and a strong customer service background, Miguel appreciates what makes an audience tick. In his new role as Creative and Editorial Lead, he will continue to curate amazing content that resonates with our clients and fans worldwide. Besides his passion for creativity and social media, Miguel skates, surfs and snowboards.
In under a year, Rebecca Finch has proven herself in the EXTREME social media space and has quickly moved from intern to EXTREME’s Social Media Content Editor responsible for the production of short and long form videos for all EXTREME social media platforms. An A-Level graduate with a passion for film and television, Rebecca is also a podcast editor for The MotorMouth, a lover of classic music, skateboarding, snowboarding and strumming beats on her guitar.
Birand Bilgin Özer is EXTREME’s Video Editor who thrives on converting life’s experiences into digital masterpieces. A graduate of Okan University in Turkey with a Bachelor’s Degree in Cinema and Television, he now has over 10 years’ experience in the video editing field, with his portfolio including arts and entertainment, customer experience and even informative videos targeting the youngest of audiences. A gaming enthusiast in his spare time, he runs his own YouTube cannel with over 12,000 subscribers, critiquing games, sharing his gaming escapades and achieving global records.
