We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven content strategist to join our fast-growing social-first media business.

With millions of followers and billions of views across our network of niche content channels, we need someone who can look at the channels and pages, grab the social data and turn it into powerful narratives that win over brands and media agencies.

This is part analyst, part storyteller, and part sales enabler.

You’ll work closely with our social publishing team and sales teams to extract meaningful insights from our many social pages (across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat), and turn them into compelling text for website pages, pitch decks and branded materials that communicate our scale, engagement, and commercial offering.
Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insight Development

Gather and interpret audience, reach, engagement, and growth data from high-performing social pages and content categories

Spot patterns across niche verticals (e.g., action sports, DIY, automotive, beauty, music, etc.) that brands care about

Translate performance metrics into value-driven insights for commercial use

Sales Enablement Content

Create and update sales decks for use with media buying agencies and brand partners

Build out website page copy that reflects our commercial strengths, unique positioning, and creator economy leadership

Develop audience profiles, case studies, vertical-specific summaries, and other support materials for business development

Collaboration & Strategy

Work cross-functionally with publishing, commercial, and creative teams to align messaging with performance

Stay updated on social trends, competitor offers, and agency needs to keep our materials sharp and relevant
You’ll Need
-
Strong grasp of social platform analytics (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snap, etc.)

Experience turning data into web pages, pitch materials, decks, or content strategy documents
-
Confidence writing clean, persuasive B2B messaging

Understanding of the creator economy, youth media, and agency brand partnerships

Experience in tools like Google Slides, Keynote, Canva, or Pitch,

Bonus: background in media, advertising, content marketing, or platform sales
What we are looking for

A curious mind with good attention to detail

A love for social media and an interest in content creators

Strong written communication skills — you enjoy writing and presenting ideas

Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

Comfortable using Google Slides, Canva, or PowerPoint

Bonus: any experience with social analytics tools or creating content is a plus
