As a proactive team member, you will look for new candidates and drive the recruitment process. We are a close and collaborative team who work together on projects to help grow the brand we love.


The Ideal Candidate will: 

  • Have experience in recruiting and interviewing 

  • Demonstrable competence in writing and editing job descriptions

  • Generalist HR experience 

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Have a passion for the areas we are across EXTREME business


Personal Characteristics:

  • The ability to interact with internal and external people at all levels from our CEO to interns 

  • The ability to work autonomously and in a remote basis 

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to nuance messaging of complex topics for different audiences 

  • Not afraid to pitch new ideas and constructive feedback 

  • Be a positive and energetic team player – be someone we would want to go on a road trip across Europe; hang out at a mountain bike park with; and spend a day surfing! 

  • Strong Office 365/Microsoft Office skills
