THE BRIEF: 

EXTREME was engaged to develop a vision for a fully integrated extreme and adventure sport concept centered around an educational and leisure-based destination. The location is an existing non-related business that needs to be diversified to attract a new target audience and drive repeat visitation throughout the year.
