About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Founder’s Associate to work directly with our leadership team on: shaping strategy, driving operational effectiveness and commercial growth.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make things happen: the business plan is multi-faceted and requires a strategic mind that is adept at shaping vision into real, tangible projects

  • Challenge and Prioritise: this role is designed to work very closely with senior management and the successful candidate will probe and challenge key business assumptions and help bring clarity and structure to the delivery plan

  • Drive special initiatives and take ideas into implementation

  • Track and follow up on meetings with the team

  • Help track deliverables across multiple team members and support getting them done where needed

  • Be able to take a brief and deliver a well thought presentation

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-4 years of experience in either top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting or a fast-growing technology company (preferred but not required - if absent, please provide detailed rationale for your application).

  • A passion / interest in the creator economy and digital media space

  • A desire to break out of traditional corporate structures and build a career path in the entrepreneurial space. This role is designed to incubate highly talented Chiefs of Staff, Chief Operating Officers etc

  • A creative and imaginative commercial mindset: who can understand business drivers on both sides of a partnership to develop mutually beneficial deals

  • A passion for culture: those who are active in different aspects of culture will fit in well with our setup

  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity; who can work out ideas from scratch, and then execute effectively

  • Fast learner who loves to take responsibility with the ability to deliver strong results and impact business decisions
