The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated global marketing manager to drive our central brand marketing plan and deliver it. You will help develop and define the messaging and communications strategy and then drive it to increase awareness and affinity for the EXTREME brand and business pillars. The department oversees all external communication and partners to share and amplify the key messages of our brand, with the development and execution of PR communications and campaigns that align to the initiatives.
About the role

The job responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include:

Working with the wider team Setting the strategy, planning and delivery of our central brand marketing plan covering both B2C and B2B
-
Execution of major campaigns, from ideation through to execution

Working closely with the Creative, Business Development & Social teams to drive all campaign & marketing activity

Calendar management and project management, balancing global calendars with regional, across all brand divisions

Work with the creative team to produce marketing assets that are on brand regionally and in line with global brand direction

The Role:
As a producer at EXTREME you will drive the production arm of EXTREME forwards. Working closely with the creative manager you will lead the design, development, and creation of content from concept to final delivery – working across multiple projects at any given time.
As a proactive team member, you will also create and look for opportunities for the business. We’re a tight nit team that work closely together to create entertaining content, inspiring campaigns, events and destinations that we can all be proud of. And we may even dabble in a few extreme and adventure sports along the way.
Responsibilities of the job include:

Drive and develop the production arm of EXTREME

Overseeing production processes

Planning and organising production schedules

Responsible for working on the brand positioning, sourcing and posting viral news and videos from around the world. EXTREME aims to tell stories that are mind blowing, entertaining and informative while championing everyday heroes.
Whether it’s a major story or crazy video, the aim is to be across everything extreme sports, action and lifestyle and create an engaged community of likeminded passion-led friends. Working to targets, the content team are on duty seven days a week, 365 days a year, and remain on call for 24 hours a day for major breaking news.

Main Responsibilities

Setting the highest of editorial standards for you and the team to follow

Ensure all facts are checked and that all grammar, punctuation, spelling etc are on point

Be the curator of the house style guide and making sure it is adhered to

Write authentic heads and sells, clever captions and picking the most engaging pull quotes

Create a production schedule to ensure smooth production of content

Chase clients, commissioning editors and contributors when necessary to ensure the schedule is adhered to

Book freelance subs as necessary, while staying within budget

Action and Adventure Sports Park and Resorts Development Manager

The role and purpose of the position:
As part of EXTREME's Destinations development division, you will play a lead strategic and managerial role in driving specific projects forwards from the initial concept stage through design and planning and across the construction and operations. You will be responsible for the collaborative destination planning and development with partner developers, local and national governments, suppliers and contractors. Reporting to the Managing Director of EXTREME Destinations, you will be responsible for managing developments through the various project stages, on a worldwide basis and supporting in the evaluation of project opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing and implementing strategies coherent with overall business objectives, capabilities and brand guidelines;

Ensuring qualitative development processes and outcomes;

Presenting to and negotiating with senior personnel (CEO's/Board Level);

Liaising with designers, engineers, architects, business planning team and consultants;

Managing resources, budgets, communication and creative assets;

Collaborating closely with various departments and associates;

Writing detailed proposals;

Reviewing and analysing project documents, studies and feasibility plans;
