Chris started his career in finance building and leading one of the south coasts most successful financial advice and insurance businesses, which utilised and specialised in SIPP and SAS Property acquisition and had a fund under management that was in excess of £70 million in long term investment property.  Following this Chris was involved as adviser to a Swiss Trust’s UK Property interests including a portfolio of £150 million. After seeing a gap in the market, he moved into the sports and leisure market where working in partnership with councils and landowners has delivered two Waterparks in the UK alongside a wide range of leisure and entertainment facilities. 

Chris has substantial experience with council negotiations, bids and tenders both under OJEU and public-sector processes and has won seven multi-million pound tender bids.  After joining EXTREME, we have been successfully appointed as preferred developers under council tenders for the Sheffield Extreme Destination and the Grimsby Town FC new stadium and leisure project. With over 30 years’ of experience in property and finance and with his negotiation and sales skillset we are seeing the development and delivery of a large pipeline of place making sports, leisure and residential developments under the EXTREME brand.
