CONTENT CREATION OVERALL RESULTS
EXTREME’s content creation provided viewers with an opportunity to connect with rugby celebrities, EXTREME athletes and the Natwest brand.
The total amount of views on our digital platforms was driven by fan interactions with EXTREME and Natwest online. This created interest and helped introduce a new audience to Natwest.
We drove Natwest across multiple platforms, where our audience engaged and witnessed a world record.
To raise brand awareness and align NatWest with the rugby world cup and it’s fans.
EXTREME activated this through:
• AMBASSADORS // INFLUENCERS
• STORY TELLING CONTENT PRODUCTION
• DIGITAL MEDIA NETWORKS EXTREME
created stories, produced two films featuring well known rugby celebrities undertaking EXTREME sports activities and we distributed them across EXTREME’s digital media network.
We achieved a world record, placed the NatWest brand in front of a new demographic, engaged them with a young audience and presented them in a dynamic, daring way, by associating them with a vibrant and exciting lifestyle.
NatWest serves customers in England and Wales supporting them with their personal, private and business banking needs, and supports large corporates in Western Europe. Natwest approached EXTREME to deliver story-led content to promote the company to a new audience and increase their account holders. EXTREME utilised their brand reach, content creation and media platforms to achieve this.
WORLD’S FASTEST INTERCEPTION:
NatWest and EXTREME bring together rugby world cup winner Lewis Moody, stunt motorcyclist Lee Bowers and world record stunt driver Terry Grant to set a new rugby world record. Lee Bowers intercepts the ball at a speed of over 50mph whilst standing on his motorbike to set a new Guinness World Record. The ball was passed between two Nissan Jukes whilst on two wheels! This brought a whole new approach to rugby.
THE FLYING WINGER:
Rugby legend Shane Williams and world-record-breaking skydiver Gary Connery take rugby to all new heights in this NatWest and EXTREME film. This film involved wing suit athletes jumping catching a rugby ball at 6000ft!
