Unleashing the beast at EXTREME Drift Allstars 2016


London, UK, March 17th 2016, The 2016 Season for EXTREME Drift Allstars is set to be another explosive year with international stops scattered across 3 continents. This season will see an expansion to three stops outside the traditional European calendar and will see the drivers do battle in some of the best locations and iconic race circuits on the planet.

Not only that but we welcome on board star drivers Steve ‘Baggsy’ Biagioni and Dmitriy Illyuk who will be competing alongside the current EXTREME Drift Allstars roster of world class drivers.

Round 1. Abu Dhabi Drift GP Yas Marina Circuit April 7-8th The season opener kicks off at the world famous Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi which is hailed as the ultimate drift circuit on the planet. The Abu Dhabi Drift GP will see the best drivers from the region do battle under the lights of Yas marina circuit against a star studded International lineup of drivers. Round 2. British Drift GP Lydden Hill May 1-2nd The first stop of the European calendar kicks off at the Lydden Hill circuit in Kent. The home of British drifting will see Drift Allstars return to the circuit. The BHP Performance Show will play host to the Drift Allstars with fans all over the south of England getting to see the English drivers battle the best from Europe. Round 3. Global Warfare EXTREME Drift Allstars Vs IDC Mondello Park July 2-3rd The Drift Allstars tour touches down at Mondello Park where we will see another star studded lineup of drivers do battle against one of the strongest Domestic championships on the planet IDC Irish Drift Championship. Can the unbeaten record in Ireland be broken and can James Deane be beaten on home soil? Round 4. Estonian Drift GP-Laitse Rally Park July 29-30th Drift Allstars returns for the third year to the Laitse Rallypark in Estonia. This custom venue tests drivers to the limit with its risk and reward layout. Can we see another upset for the third edition of event? Round 5. Latvian Drift GP -Bikernieki Circuit August 5-6th Latvian Drift GP returns for the 4th season and is now renowned as the classic on the calendar. Last year it hosted the biggest and most competitive grid of drivers ever for an EXTREME Drift Allstars event. The Bikernicki circuit always proves to be one of the most demanding events on the calendar and will be a highlight of the season. Round 6. German Drift GP August 12-13th EXTREME Drift Allstars makes its debut in Germany at Europe’s biggest Japanese tuning show Reisbrennen on the Eurospeedway Lauschitz. With over 30,000 fans on site to see the debut of Drift Allstars in Germany, the high speed layout of the Eurospeedway will test drivers and vehicles to the limit. Round 7. Hungarian Drift GP August 26-27th – Trackwood Festival After a two year gap EXTREME Drift Allstars returns to the Trackwood Festival in the heart of Hungary at Mariapocs Circuit. The 2016 tour will return to this classic venue where drivers will do battle under the lights of this challenging circuit. Round 8 . Thai Drift GP Chang International Circuit October 21-23rd (TBC) The first stop for the EXTREME Drift Allstars tour in Asia will land at the Chang International Circuit near Buriram Thailand. The Thai Drift GP will pitch the best drivers from Asia against a big list of international drivers going into battle on this high speed layout. Round 9 – South African Drift GP Cape Town December 16-17th Drift Allstars makes its debut event in Africa in downtown Cape Town, South Africa. No series would be set without a mega final and some of the worlds best drivers will do a battle under the lights of Cape towns city centre for what is lining up to be one of the biggest drift events of the season. #Rounds 1-9 – International EXTREME Drift Allstars Series #Rounds 2-7 Will Remain as the EXTREME Drift Allstars European Series
