Junior Client Account Manager

What You’ll Do

 

Be the Bridge

  • You’ll be the go-to person for a mix of key clients – the one who always picks up, always delivers, and somehow always keeps things calm, clear, and creative.

  • Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with big, bold brands.

  • Understand their world. Translate it into action.

  • Lead regular updates, insights, and strategic check-ins.

 

Run the Show

  • Support the Senior Team Selling in to brands and partners

  • Be on all sales calls and take briefs from those

  • Create a google slide / PP pitch deck from the brief with 12 hours

  • Own projects from start to finish: scoping, planning, budgeting, delivery.

  • Manage and Make campaigns fly, from creator and creative to performance reports and PR activations management

  • Coordinate across our brilliant internal teams (social, sales, PR, talent).

  • Keep timelines tight and expectations exceeded.

Keep It Social

  • Our DNA is story telling and content. You’ll work with our creators, use our owned pages, work with our social teams to ensure the stuff we post is 🔥 and totally on-brand.

  • Feed insights into strategy. Review reports. Recommend tweaks.

  • Stay on top of trends in the action/adventure space.

  • Speak fluent TikTok, Insta, and YouTube (bonus points for Discord knowledge).

  • Spot the Next Big Thing

  • Growth and management is in your blood. You’ll help spot chances to deepen relationships and pitch new projects.

  • Identify new opportunities with new brand existing clients.

💥 Who You Are

  • Experience: 2+ years in client-facing roles within media, marketing, or sports.

  • Action and adventure sports lover ( if poss) : You live: sports, snowboarding, surfing, biking, paddle, adventuring or you just know the scene inside out.

  • Multidisciplinary: Social, events, PR, creators, partnerships – you’ve done it all.

  • Client whisperer: You listen, you care, you make things happen.

  • Project hero: From Asana boards to budgets, you’re in control.

  • Great communicator – Your WhatsApp fly, emails sing. Your presentations shine.

  • Problem-solver: Calm in chaos, fast on your feet.

  • Flexible: You thrive in fast-paced environments. No two days look the same – and you love that. Our team and our clients are spread across the globe (we’re talking places like UK, Australia, Colombia, Turkey, India and America) sometimes we have to work in different timezones. And you are cool with that.

Key Details:

Location: Remote (UK-based, ideally near London)

Type: Consultant/Freelancer/Part-Time to start – moving to become full-time

Start date: ASAP (yesterday, if possible 😅)

Compensation: Competitive & based on experience
