Areas of Expertise We Are Seeking
We are looking for senior leaders to take ownership of specific verticals within the EXTREME Resorts business. Some of these roles from a phasing perspective will come later on but we're still happy to speak with you if you have deep, proven expertise in any of the following areas:

Global Business Development & Sales: The dealmakers. Securing high-value partnerships with real estate developers, institutional investors, and global tourism boards.

Hotel & Resort Operations: The operators. Designing the operational blueprint, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and pre-opening strategies for complex, remote, or boutique adventure properties.

Real Estate & Destination Development: The builders. Leading site selection, feasibility studies, master planning, and overseeing the lifecycle of destination development.

Project Finance & Investment Structuring: The capital experts. Structuring joint ventures, raising capital, underwriting hotel acquisitions, and managing investor relations.

Brand Strategy & Guest Experience: The visionaries. Translating the extreme sports and adventure lifestyle into tangible, world-class luxury and eco-hospitality experiences.

Strategic Advisory: High-net-worth industry veterans or former C-suite executives looking to take a board-level advisory role to guide the strategic direction of the company.
Who You Are

A Deep Industry Veteran: You have a verifiable, senior-level track record (VP, C-Suite, Founder, or Managing Director) in your specific discipline within the global hospitality, hotel, or commercial real estate sectors.

Highly Networked: You bring an elite, international "rolodex" of contacts relevant to your vertical (e.g., capital partners, hotel developers, government agencies, or top-tier operators).

Financially Independent: You have the personal runway to invest your time, expertise, and resources into building the foundation of this business until revenue milestones are achieved.

An Entrepreneur at Heart: You understand the grit, ambiguity, and heavy lifting required to build a business from the ground up, and you prefer the massive financial upside of equity ownership over the safety of a corporate salary.
