Adam attended Cambridge University where he read History, he worked as COO and Director of Extreme Group from 1999 to 2005 driving the development of the Extreme brand and the Extreme Sports Channel with Liberty Media and UPC.

Previously to this he worked as a barrister in private practice and the lead lawyer at ITV. He has, in recent years, worked as principal and advisor in the development of and the financing of large housing, solar and commercial real estate projects in the UK, Europe and Asia.
