current vacancies

How do you go about working at Extreme? Maybe you’ve heard it’s not a bad place to work?
Maybe you're mad about extreme sports or you just wanna know what jobs we have going. We’re growing so fast and normally have a few jobs up for grabs for the right people.

The only thing we ask is if you don’t have anywhere near what we are looking for in a specific job, please don’t just randomly send in a CV. Have a think about which company and area you want to work for and let us know what skills you have that will make you a good fit.

core values

There are no set types of people we look for. However, we do generally like to find people who have all or some of the following:
> Have a passion for new ideas
> Love extreme sports (well not always)
> Have a total understanding of the youth market
> Think 'differently' and outside the box
> Have signs of creativity – even if it’s in your own way
> Can smell new business opportunities
> Always listens to customers
> Like to be given responsibility
> Question things and look at how to improve things
> Make it happen - are energetic, enthusiastic and committed

What you can expect from us:
> We allow you the freedom to be you
> We trust people to make the right decisions,
but hey we all make the odd mistake, especially our boss!
> If you work with us and have a problem we really try to help sort it

You might think nobody actually reads that CV of yours that you’re thinking about sending in, well that's where you’re wrong. We really do check out every CV sent in, especially those awesome ones we have in the office that have been written on Surf and Snowboards and hand delivered (we're not lying, check out the boards in our meeting room) or come with a Kinder Surprise chocolate egg!

If you’re still interested in working for Extreme, send us your CV with a brief description of your ideal job here or by snail mail (ideally we’d prefer if you don’t post in your CV’s, as we like saving trees – unless of course it comes with some chocolate and tree seeds!).

Address: Give us a job, Extreme, 245 Old Marylebone Road, London, NW1 5QT

internship - extreme group

Because we continue to receive so many CVs and requests for work experience and the fact that work experience people now play a significant role at Extreme, we have decided to design a full-time and part-time intern programme for college and graduate students who are interested in working in any of the Extreme Group companies. While you are with us we will try to ensure you get the opportunity to experience as many different aspects of the company as possible.

> You need to send us your CV
> A covering letter
> A date when you can start and how long you’re available for.

In the first instance please email your CV here stating which company you’d like to work for and how you think you can make a difference.

Job Description

If you love extreme sports and are interested in the vibrant, exciting world of soft drinks then this is the job for you.
