To fill this role you are gonna be
one very special accountant. We are
looking for an enthusiastic
passionate full-time Financial
controller to work with Al
Gosling(CEO) and Alec Cameron (COO)
and the team across all areas of the
Extreme Group but with a 50 % focus
on our licensing and merchandising
business and with a drive help
improve and drive all areas of our
company to the next level. If you
have wide and varied background with
experience in the Retail, licensing,
drinks and Travel sectors would be
beneficial but not vital.
The Role
· Strong strategic management and
leading on the financial side
· Running the books and basic book
keeping is and will be a part of
this role, PLS NOTE THIS IS KEY !!
· You will be running Cash Flows on
a regular basis
· Financing - Identify short, medium
and long term funding requirement
across the group.
· Forecasting - Supporting the
Directors in preparing 12 month
budgets and preparing rolling 3 - 5
year forecasts for all the
companies.
· Financing - Identify short, medium
and long term funding requirement
across the group.
· Fund Raising - you may not have
done this before but will work on
fund raising at some point so it
would be very helpful if you are at
least familiar with how fund raising
works and have the drive to make it
happen.
· Assist with Corporate Structure
planning and be up for and if
possible great at start up biz
planning.
· Tax planning - understand and
analyse our tax positions.
· Attend board meetings and work
with all senior management to help
develop biz plans, sales and
marketing strategies.
· Assist in analysing and
identifying new opportunities,
strategies for growth and targeting
companies for potential acquisition.
You will be a very commercial
accountant, and have some good
experience and commercial nouse. As
well as what is detailed above, it
is important you have a real
presence and clout in order to
attend and hold senior level
meetings. Depending on the
candidate's experience, a
directorship may be available
alongside an equity package after a
period of time.

The “Extreme” brand is unconstrained by convention and offers people something fresh and innovative having the self-belief to make ideas happen. The F & B concept is a new ground breaking café that has been developed with a view to delivering a healthier option across a new and innovative menu.
BUSINESS MANAGER
The position of Business Manager will play a hands on operational role with full accountability to deliver the “Extreme” brand from concept to launch to expansion. The main responsibilities will include:
• Implementing and delivering on a business plan
• Determining budgets and setting targets
• Locating and securing new sites
• Motivating, training and incentivising staff
• Ensuring all operational standards are met and maintained
• Meeting all financial parameters and operating profits
• Marketing of the concept
The ideal candidate will have a progressive 5-10 year management career path in restaurant operations gained within a leading food and beverage concept. In addition, you should currently be at a senior level where you are managing multiple restaurants and have had experience launching a flagship outlet. You will be highly effective in displaying skills in leadership, decision making and management of information, people development and communication. A keen interest and ability to relate to the “Extreme” image of sports and activities that pushes you to the limit.
