- Have signs of creativity - even if it's in your own way
- Can smell new business opportunities
- Always listens to customers
- Like to be given responsibility
- Question things and look at how to improve things
- Make it happen - are energetic, enthusiastic and committed
What you can expect from us:
- We allow you the freedom to be you
- We trust people to make the right decisions, but hey we all make the odd mistake, especially our boss!
- If you work with us and have a problem we really try to help sort it
You might think nobody actually reads that CV of yours that you're thinking about sending in, well that's where you're wrong. We really do check out every CV sent in, especially those awesome ones we have in the office that have been written on Surf and Snowboards and hand delivered (we're not lying, check out the boards in our meeting room) or come with a Kinder Surprise chocolate egg!
If you're still interested in working for Extreme, send us your CV with a brief description of your ideal job here or by snail mail (ideally we'd prefer if you don't post in your CV's, as we like saving trees - unless of course it comes with some chocolate and tree seeds!).

Package
Extreme Hotels Worldwide Ltd holds the exclusive global licence for the use of the Extreme Brand in the hotel and related sectors globally. For the past three years we have been pursuing and securing management contracts and similar arrangements with hotel developers and owners. We now have agreements in place in Cape Verde Islands, Hungary, South Africa and Australia with more opportunities being progressed but not yet at agreement stage.
All the team are currently working on the basis of “Sweat Equity” – we put all the company’s cash receipts into continuing our pursuit of development opportunities. We don’t draw any income for the company but we are all shareholders. Our plan is to build value in the company and to exit via a trade sale or IPO in 5 or so years time with the consequent release of that value into cash for those holding equity. In the interim and when cashflow permits, the active management shareholders will progressively draw income through salary, dividends, or perhaps consulting fees – which ever proves the most taxation efficient route for the remuneration. It is probable that such income will become available in about 24 months time.
